Whether it's work or play, I want to be challenged and do something meaningful. I love teaching karate to kids and adults. When a shy child learns that he or she is strong and important, it reminds me what is really important to me.
I love to run at night, crossing streams in the dark, the peace and the moon in the Arroyo. I played tennis in high school and have been loking for an excuse to play again.
Monk, Coltraine (of course), Led Zeppelin, and Radiohead are all perfect in different ways.
Experiencing new places with family, friends, or someone special...camping in Big Sur or a crazy night in Vegas...opening a tent to 4 foot tall grass...
