My description and what I am looking for

My interests, goals in life, and "perfect match" are nothing earth-shattering. I work a lot, like to relax, have a good time, and enjoy my family and friends in the precious free time I have. I would love to share that time with someone who has similar interests and doesn't mind running away for the weekend to an exotic place neither of us have visited or crashing on the couch for a weekend watching old movies and sharing good drinks. This is my interest in the short-term. Long-term, I want something frighteningly normal: a person I can always count on, to back me up when things get tough and vice-versa, and someone who wants to have children, play the insane 21st century game of balancing work, children, and normal social life, and succeed. As for my life at the moment, I enjoy it a great deal. I have a job that I love where I get to work with children every day and do something that truly inspires me. I work with great people, and have great hopes for my future jobs as well. I have a comfortable home with a couple of cats, where I can relax, unwind, and be myself. And I have amazing family and friends who are a constant source of love and support in my life, and without whom I'd never had made as far as I have. I am planning a couple of great trips in the next year, my most anticipated being to London and Paris with my family next summer. Life is good, but it could be even better if I had someone amazing to share it with...
